Executives are selected for the EMBA program based on the quality of their background and the depth and diversity of their experience. This cohort format offers students the unique opportunity to connect with other leaders from a wide range of professional fields.

The collaborative learning environment deepens their perspective and expands on their experience as they complete the program together. These executives seek to advance their knowledge and expand their leadership talents—and their organization—to the next level.

The curriculum is focused around the themes of ethics, corporate social responsibility, reflection as a way of thinking, and analysis to improve decision-making and mange risk. The Loyola Executive MBA is offered 8 a.m. – 1:20 p.m. on Saturdays during the academic calendar with summers off. It is delivered with a blend of in-person and some distance learning for flexibility and convenience.
