Program Description:

The Master of Public Administration (MPA) is a 36-credit-hour program consisting of a 24-credit-hour core plus a 12-credit-hour specialization. With a strong emphasis on social responsibility and civic engagement, the MPA program at IWU equips students to effectively and compassionately address current governmental challenges. The curriculum underscores the skills of ethical and efficient policy analysis, and decision making. The MPA graduate is prepared to assume leadership and management roles in local, state, and federal government. The University reserves the right to modify the curriculum as necessary.
