Our practice-oriented Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology is now available online, can help you prepare to help organizations of all types solve problems and improve performance. This innovative degree program, led by our industry-experienced faculty members, combines 50 units of online coursework with 240 hours of supervised field experience at a local business or organization. You can complete it in as little as 18 months while continuing to work full-time.

What You Can Learn in This Degree Program
Our Online Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology program is a 50-unit, 17-course program that includes supervised practicum.
