Program Description:

The Graduate Nursing programs prepare nurses for specializations in roles that are increasingly essential for health care systems. Emphasis on the development of the whole person is conveyed in the call to provide our graduates with a breadth and depth of knowledge, skills and values, while preparing them to continually further their education. The goals of the graduate program are to prepare graduates for specialization as adult nurse practitioners, nurse case managers and administrators, and to develop leaders in the profession who are able to advance standards and create change for quality health care. The Graduate Nursing programs are exclusively offered on the Englewood Cliffs campus. Since 1872, Saint Peter’s College, the Jesuit College of New Jersey, has been educating students in the Jesuit tradition of "Men and Women in Service to Others." The College is committed to academic excellence, to spiritual and moral values, and to the individual personal development of its students.

Saint Peter’s College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The School of Nursing is also accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

International Student Requirements:

In addition to the mentioned requirements for all education programs, international students must also submit: •Official TOEFL score report. Score showing a minimum of 550 on the written exam, a minimum of 213 on the computer-based exam or a minimum of 79 on the Internet-based exam will be accepted.
