The Chicago School’s Industrial and Organizational Psychology Generalist Certificate online program teaches students important skills needed to address organizational needs in today’s business world. Graduates of this program learn important tools that will help them motivate teams and increase employee productivity as well as manage change within organizations.

As part of the curriculum, students will be required to take the IO 510 Organizational Behavior course. In this course, experienced faculty members will instruct students on management and leadership, in addition to organizational culture, behavior, and design.

Students in this certificate program can also choose two electives from a variety of online courses that apply to their careers. These include team dynamics, performance evaluation, training theory, consumer motivation, and more.
